EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or Tapping is sometimes referred to as “Psychological Acupressure”. It is a method of tapping on meridian end points while thinking about your issue. This is shown to reduce signals to the amygdala in the brain and produce a calming and clearing effect. EFT is an amazingly effective way to tap away limiting beliefs and clear old traumas, change behavior patterns, and decrease stress. Think of it as an almost magical way to relieve bad feelings and tap into positive ones.
In addition to releasing limiting beliefs, EFT can also help with just about every emotional, mental and health issue you can think of such as: stress, trauma relief, insomnia, depression, anger, grief, sadness, anxiety, self-criticism, phobias, fears, addictions, procrastination, pain management, fatigue, and more.

When we work together on your issues, you can expect sessions to last 60-90 minutes and that at the very least you will experience a sense of calm and less stress and at the very best, the issue could be completely resolved in one session. Most sessions fall somewhere in between these two extremes. Some things can usually be cleared in one or two sessions such as phobias and some issues such as emotional eating take multiple sessions.
When you come to an Emotional Support Session, bring an open mind and heart, and a bottle of water. You may also want to bring a notebook to keep notes in if you choose to do multiple sessions.
