Holistic Health Educator
Tracey Ratte’s journey into holistic health began as a patient of famed functional medicine pioneer, Dr. Mark Hyman and his nutritionist, Kathie Swift. From that life altering encounter, Tracey experienced optimal health and balance that sent her on a journey to learn as much as she could about the effect food and lifestyle have on the body. Kathie Swift mentored Tracey into the Holistic Nutrition program at Hawthorn University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Tracey currently sees patients at Ignite Vitality and Integra Rehabilitation Physicians where she assists the team in providing nutritional counseling and lifestyle strategies to their patients. Tracey also has extensive experience in nutrition recommendations for special needs and was the Director of Nutrition for Integra Wellness center, Mitochondrial Wellness Clinic, and at the Brain Restoration Clinic, in Charlotte, NC. She also enjoys teaching classes on holistic health all over the country.
Tracey is co-founder of Holistic Reboot, a very popular life changing 5 week class series. When Tracey is not in clinic, she is busy with her virtual practice where geography is not a limitation to the people that she impacts. Tracey believes the foundations of great health comes from eating real foods based on a person’s biochemical individuality, while using stress reduction and lifestyle management for optimal health and performance. She has appeared on many local Charlotte television and radio shows, as well as print media.
Tracey enjoys exercise in all forms, yoga, meditation, cooking, inventing recipes, reading, hiking, and exploring the farmer’s market.
